How to download the Certificate of Participation (Name badge)

Corporate 3rd Office, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.(KNT) has been appointed as the local secretariat who handles registration for GLOBAL2024.

Caution/Note
If you receive an e-mail or call from a company claiming that they will help your registration for GLOBAL2024, it is a SCAM. In such case, please do not send your credit card details under any circumstances. The Organizing Committee has nothing to do with those approaches.

Registration Fees

・All presenters are required to register and settle the registration fee.
・Onsite registration is available only ONLINE from the "Online registration" button on the bottom of this page.

Entitlement

Registration fees for Regular Participant and Student includes:

Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes:
(Coffee Breaks), Banquet
In case accompanying person participates in the conference, the registration is required as conference participant.

Participation for Technical tour is available with a paid application.

* Credit card payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc.. GLOBAL2024 will not access your credit card information.
* Please use a credit card which is valid at least until November 2024.
* Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “GLOBAL2024”. However, the name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
* Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.

Bank Wire Transfer

*Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account GMO Aozora Net Bank.
*Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan. (Please note that the payment procedure pages are written only in Japanese.) Please note that the bank account No. will be unique to each participant. Therefore, please find your bank account No. on the procedure page of your My Page and complete the payment individually.
*A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges.
Issuance of Invoice and Receipt
You can download your invoice & receipt from My Page (We do not accept request to send receipts via email or postal mail.)

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 (JST=GMT/UCT+9)) except the National Holidays in Japan. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for registration

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to GLOBAL2024 Registration Desk at rgst@global2024.org with your name and registration number (A00xxx).

No refund after payment.

GLOBAL2024 liability limitation

* In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, GLOBAL2024 organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations do not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by exhibitor companies, personnel, and conference delegates (further indicated as participants), nor for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the GLOBAL2024 in Tokyo, Japan. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of GLOBAL2024 are the responsibility of the participant.
* Participants are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in GLOBAL2024, or through the GLOBAL2024 itself; loss of airfares for any reason; medical expenses; loss or damage to personal property; additional expenses; and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. GLOBAL2024, the organizing committee, management and service providers, and supporting organizations will take no responsibility for any participant's failure to insure.
